Trustona Media is seeking a highly organized and efficient HR freelancer to join our team and assist with various HR and administrative tasks. This is a remote, part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Who We Are
At Trustona Media, we create content that people love and search engines understand. We have several publications, including Cloudwards (cloud-based tech reviews) and Coffeeness (all things coffee). We have around 50 team members of editors, writers, designers — and we keep adding more every month!

Requirements:
- Attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings with Trustona leaders (usually around 3 p.m. GMT)
- Be willing to interview candidates of all time zones
- Have a reliable internet connection for video meetings
- Routinely check messages and emails
Here’s What We Expect From You
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings and scheduling interviews
- Assisting with internal organizational tasks such as updating HR databases and managing onboarding/offboarding
- Helping with administrative tasks such as updating training materials and website information
- Working with leaders to develop good systems for hiring and HR
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in HR or administrative support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in online tools such as Google Workspace and scheduling apps
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
