- How long does your hiring process typically take?
- Depending on how far you get in the process, it can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the seniority of the position and the volume of applications.
- Can I apply for multiple positions at once?
- Yes! If you feel your skills fit well under several positions, feel free to apply for them.
- Why do you ask for a video introduction?
- As a remote company, we believe that putting a face to the voice is imperative for a healthy working environment. We see the video introduction as a symbolic first step.
- Who will I speak with during the hiring process?
- Your first point of contact will most often be either Dre or Jackie, in addition to the responsible manager for your role. Once you start, you'll be paired with a Trustona buddy for your first few weeks.
- It's been a while and I haven't heard from you. Why not?
- If you haven't heard from us at all, it's most likely that you haven't been selected to move forward. There are busy periods when replies take longer — feel free to send us a nudge via email!
