Our Hiring Process

We pick our new team members carefully with the company head closely involved. Our culture is built on transparency, cooperation, ownership and trust. We love and nurture our team and have zero tolerance for any form of discrimination.

    Depending on the role, you'll either record a short video introduction or complete a sample writing task.

    If you qualify, you will be invited for an online interview to get to know you better.

    You might be asked to complete a test task to assess your skills and quality of delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does your hiring process typically take?
Depending on how far you get in the process, it can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the seniority of the position and the volume of applications.
Can I apply for multiple positions at once?
Yes! If you feel your skills fit well under several positions, feel free to apply for them.
Why do you ask for a video introduction?
As a remote company, we believe that putting a face to the voice is imperative for a healthy working environment. We see the video introduction as a symbolic first step.
Who will I speak with during the hiring process?
Your first point of contact will most often be either Dre or Jackie, in addition to the responsible manager for your role. Once you start, you'll be paired with a Trustona buddy for your first few weeks.
