We are seeking a proactive and agile Personal Assistant to support our leadership team based in Limassol. This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week, with core working hours between 10am to 2pm, Monday through Friday.
The role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely 90% of the time while still playing a crucial part in supporting our leadership team. Due to the nature of the role, occasional on-site presence will be required.
About the Role
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Managing mail and postage
- Arranging and managing travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Assisting with minor bookkeeping tasks
- Handling weekly grocery shopping
- Making reservations for restaurants or other leisure activities
- Occasionally feeding house pets
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Required Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to be efficient and effective in task execution
- An agile and proactive attitude, with willingness to support a wide range of tasks
- Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus
- Must have the legal rights to live and work in Cyprus
- Must hold a valid full driving license and have access to their own car
- A genuine affection for cats
- Fluency in both English and Greek
- Language skills in Spanish and/or German are a plus
