About the Role
This will be a freelance contractor role with around 30–40 hours of commitment each week. You will be the conversion gatekeeper of our posts and pages, taking full ownership of our sites’ UX and functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversion rate optimization strategies to increase lead generation and maximize ROI
- Use tools like Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to assess website and landing page performance
- Plan, create, and run A/B and multivariate tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies
- Conduct competitor analysis and research to identify what works
- Collaborate with the team to improve website flow and layout based on data insights
- Analyze and enhance conversion paths for various marketing campaigns
- Generate actionable reports detailing test results and CRO initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in conversion optimization
Required Skills
- Proven experience in conversion optimization with a track record of positive results
- Strong English and German proficiency
- Proficiency in data analysis and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Strong understanding of user behavior, heatmaps, session recordings, and customer journey mapping
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and strong reporting skills
