Personal Assistant – On-site (Limassol, Cyprus)

We are seeking a proactive and agile Personal Assistant to support our leadership team based in Limassol. This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week, with core working hours between 10am to 2pm, Monday through Friday.

The role offers flexibility, allowing you to work remotely 90% of the time while still playing a crucial part in supporting our leadership team. Due to the nature of the role, occasional on-site presence will be required.

About the Role

Tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Managing mail and postage
  • Arranging and managing travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Assisting with minor bookkeeping tasks
  • Handling weekly grocery shopping
  • Making reservations for restaurants or other leisure activities
  • Occasionally feeding house pets
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as needed

Required Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to be efficient and effective in task execution
  • An agile and proactive attitude, with willingness to support a wide range of tasks
  • Must be based in Limassol, Cyprus
  • Must have the legal rights to live and work in Cyprus
  • Must hold a valid full driving license and have access to their own car
  • A genuine affection for cats
  • Fluency in both English and Greek
  • Language skills in Spanish and/or German are a plus
